1 ★ Very very BAD aftersales, untuk minta support datang SANGAT berbelit-belit. Saya harus telp sampai 3x dan staff di tempat berbeda 2x,belum mereka minta dikirimkan VIDEO MENGENAI hal yang error. Ada 2 hal yaitu Back office dan tampilan di aplikasi toko.Support PEMALAS! Kami jelaskan kami butuh ada yang datang untuk melihat langsung dari aplikasi dan dshboard tapi SANGAT BERBELIT2 dan dipikir saya TIDAK BISA memasukkan menu. Kalau memang tidak mengerti, jangan MALAS untuk datang. Aftersales SUCK!
